Hello, my name is Nate Boggs and I’m a realtor with Exit King Realty in Southwest Florida. I am a certified Hero Benefits Network Agent. One of my favorite things is ensuring that the people who take care of us, first responders and veterans, get the best deals possible during their real estate experience. I have been a law enforcement officer for over 22 years; therefore, I’m well versed in the geography of the Tampa Bay area. I also pride myself on attention to detail and I have extensive experience with crime prevention efforts after working as a Major Crimes Detective for over 10 years. This law enforcement experience has directly translated to real estate through negotiating, interpersonal communications, and being calm under pressure. Beyond my professional career, I’m a proud girl dad who has coached softball for my daughter since she was 6 years old, and she is now a senior in high school. I’m now a Varsity softball coach at a local high school. I’m a 2-time published author, and a Founder of a non-profit, SOLE- Supporters of Law Enforcement. This organization makes sure that law enforcement officers are taken care of in times of crisis. As a cancer survivor I know how difficult life can be and through my experiences I want to ensure no one walks alone. I’m also a law enforcement bagpiper who plays multiple events a year and I’m heavily involved in the Scottish/Celtic community. I sit on the board of Suncoast Scots which is responsible for bringing a Scottish Highland Games to the Sarasota area.
